What Makes a
Great Mock

Picture
You probably noticed during the completion of our Identity Projects that your designs are starting to look very "real" in the sense that they could be used for actual product. We have been producing a final design finished to the point of what our industry considers a MOCK UP (a model, often full-size, for study, testing, displaying for analysis or teaching)  or representation of what a produced product would look like.

Heading into next year it will be ever more important to make sure we are planning our design and ensuring we are making portfolios our focus beginning with our design process to full size mock-up. With that in mind please read the following article and discuss with a partner to answer the questions below:

1. What do you feel are the two most important aspects to consider when developing a mock?
2. Did you find any items interesting considering what we have just finished with our Identity Projects?
3. What are things from the article you want to focus on next year. What type of projects would you like to work on?
